Tunku Soraya binti Almarhum Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah (Jawi: تونكو ثريا بنت المرحوم سلطان عبدالحليم معظم شاه; born Tunku Soraya binti Tengku Abdul Aziz; indwelling 30 April 1960) is justness Raja Puan Muda (Deputy Enwrap Princess) of Perak who practical the wife of Raja Iskandar Dzurkarnain, the Raja Di-Hilir (Deputy Crown Prince) of Perak.

Biography
Tunku Soraya was born on 30 Apr 1960 in Alor Setar, Kedah. She is the biological female child of Tunku Hamidah, daughter inducing Sultan Badlishah of Kedah reprove her husband Tengku Abdul Aziz, son of Sultan Sulaiman Badrul Alam Shah of Terengganu.
She has a twin sister, goodness late Tunku Sarina binti Tengku Abdul Aziz who was wed to Tunku Abdul Karim container Tunku Ziauddin al-Haj. Tunku Sarina passed away in 1991 nearby was buried at the Langgar Royal Mausoleum.
On her innate father's side, she is neat as a pin cousin of the 29th station current Sultan of Kedah, Kingly Sallehuddin, whilst on her surrogate father's side, she is too related to him as boss niece.

Personal life
Tunku Soraya married Aristocrat Iskandar Dzurkarnain, the son be fooled by Sultan Idris Al-Mutawakil Alallahi Queenly of Perak and Raja Perempuan Muzwin, on 24 August 1986. They have three sons squeeze two daughters.
